We want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your Glamnetic products in their original boxes and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
